Ed Halls owned the Clock House Café at Upton Hall until January 2020 when he sold the business. Ed has been a chef in several 1 & 2 Michelin starred restaurants and has won many awards including Best Restaurant in Nottinghamshire and National Finalist Gastro Pub of the Year. He was a finalist in the Association of pastry Chef's Dessert of the Year and ran the Patisserie section of a 2 Michelin Star restaurant voted Best Restaurant for Desserts in the UK.

Ed has worked as a private chef service for many years offering amazing cookery tuition and at-home, restaurant standard dining for parties, celebrations and much more. His passion for food, huge experience and enthusiasm for sharing knowledge ensures you will be delighted with the results.
