Ed Halls owned the Clock House Café at Upton Hall until January 2020 when he left. Ed has been a chef in several 1 & 2 Michelin starred restaurants and has won many awards including Best Restaurant in Nottinghamshire and National Finalist Gastro pub of year. He was a finalist in the Association of pastry Chef's Dessert of the Year and ran the Patisserie section of a 2 Michelin Star restaurant also voted Best Restaurant for Desserts in the UK.

Ed has operated EdChef as a private chef service for many years offering at home, restaurant standard dining for parties, celebrations and much more. His passion for food, huge experience and enthusiasm for sharing knowledge ensures you will get enjoy the best cookery tuition available.
